Paul Bowes (Bowesy)

Coaching Since: 1989

About:
My Name is Paul Bowes, but most people call me Bowesy, and if all else fails, call me Coach.
I feel strongly that if you are a coach, you are a teacher, you therefore have to provide an environment where your athletes WANT to learn.
And to learn you need to COMMUNICATE!!  Without it, you are bound to fail.
